As soon as we began our process he sent out listing within our price range and preferred location that met our family needs which were pretty specific. He was very flexible and available to show us homes when it was convenient for us. What made us feel more comfortable was he updated us as soon as he heard something from the seller or banker and continued to check on us even after closing escrow. He was on top of everything and got us into our new home fairly quickly by working with the banker and recommending an inspector which sped up our process.
